• In their original packaging

• Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please note, we do not accept returns for the following:

• Customized or personalized items

• Perishable goods (e.g., opened cinnamon powder or oil)

3. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

4. Exchanges

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
